Ms. Dillow brings over 25 years of environmental consulting experience focusing on air and water permitting, chemical manufacturing and combustion device maximum achievable control technology (MACT) compliance, and multi-media regulatory compliance assessment.

Tiffany is Vice Chairman of the Baltimore-Washington Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA) and was Chairman of the South Atlantic States Section AWMA in 2013. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography & Environmental Planning from Towson University in 1990.
