GSA Federal Supply Service Schedule 899 – Environmental Services

Zephyr Environmental is an approved environmental services contractor (GS-00F-008GA) with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Federal Supply Service Schedule 899. Zephyr is eligible to provide a variety of services to federal agencies that acquire services through the GSA via a multiple award schedule for Special Item Number (SIN) 899-1, 899-3, and 899-7. The following are examples of services that may be performed under each SIN. Examples include but are not limited to the following:

SIN 899-1 Environmental Consulting Services

  • Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
  • Endangered Species and/or Wetlands Analysis
  • Watershed and Other Natural Resource Management Plans
  • Spill Prevention/Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Pollution Prevention Surveys
  • Environmental Regulations and Policy/Procedure Updates
  • Economic, Technical and /or Risk Analysis
  • Environmental Program Management and Environmental Regulation Development
  • Identification and Mitigation of Threats
  • Compliance Services such as Review, Audit, and Implementation/Management of EMS and Other Compliance and Contingency Plans
  • Waste Management Consulting Services, RCRA/CERCLA Site Investigations, Waste Characterization and Tracking, Waste Management Plans

SIN 899-3 Environmental Training Services

  • Standard Off-the-Shelf, Customized, or Computer/Web-Based Courses, On- or Off-Site Training
  • Examples of Environmental Training Courses include: Compliance with environmental laws/regulations; Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); Confined space training; Emergency response plans; Environmental audits, awareness, compliance, and management; First responder; Hazardous materials and waste (HAZMAT) training; Hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) training; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); Pollution prevention; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); Water conservation; and Wetlands regulation and permitting.

  • Mapping, Cartography and Mashups
  • Geologic Logs, Topographic Data, 3D/4D Interactive Visualization Packages
  • Data Interpretation
  • Terrestrial, Marine, and/or Atmospheric Measuring/Management;
  • Natural Resource Planning
  • Site Selection
  • Migration Pattern Analysis
  • Pollution Analysis
  • Emergency Preparedness Planning
  • Environmental Impact Analyses and Regulatory Compliance
  • Groundwater Monitoring
  • Habitat Conservation Plans and Modeling
